Have stayed in BW's all over Western Canada and the SW USA and have mostly been totally satified. As a travel agent I would have no trouble recommending BW and the BW Coquitlam Inn in particular. Thanks, David

I've stayed at this location 2x now and have found it to be clean, efficient, and easy to get around anywhere I would like to go while in the lower mainland. Considering how close it is to the freeway, it is surprisingly quiet. I am orignally from the New Westminster area, so am familiar with the hotel

It was a great experience. Keep up the good work in all areas. In this day and age it is so tough to find good customer service and I have to say that you all were great and it was nice to see that customer service is still important at Best Western. I will be back. Thank you.

The staff at this hotel are fantastic. They ALL are willing to help and make certain that your needs are met. One is greeted with smiles and welcomes. I have never stayed at a hotel were ALL the personnel are so willing to please the customer. I and my team have spent quite a few months at this hotel and we all feel the same. When we travel back to this location, it is like retunring home. Thanks for making our time away pleasurable

This hotel is extremely comfortable to be in. It feels professional, welcoming and homey all at the same time. We really enjoy staying here. My daughter and I periodically come to skate at the Coquitlam skating club and find this hotel to be excellent to meet our needs. Thank you.
